The lifeform makes a scan of my head and display the results on their datapad. They point excitedly at my brain, then look at me expectantly.
I lower my visor. A sharp metal needle emerges from the palm of the lifeform's hand. It moves so fast that is in and out of my forehead before I can blink. The procedure was surprisingly painless. %NAME% thanks me for my donation, and hands me an upgrade module in compensation for my lost brain tissue.
