The display immediately brightens, rendering a celestial map of several nearby systems. Dozens of starship beacons, red and green, blink erratically around the map. Periodically, the green beacons swarm together, encircling a target. The surrounded beacon fades to nothing, apparently destroyed. At the bottom of the screen, a value increases dramatically.
